Newspapers and websites are two major new media in the world today, both of which can provide us with lots of news and information. But they’re different in some ways.

二、传统作文模式的弊端
传统作文教学模式有两方面的问题一直没有解决好：
学生思想贫乏、生活贫乏、学识贫乏、技巧贫乏、语言贫乏，一到作文就感到没什么东西可写、无话可说。怎么办呢？只好胡编乱造。这样写出来的文章可想而知，内容空洞、万人一面、毫无个性。有一则外国笑话能说明问题：
爸爸：你为啥想到中国发财！
儿子：到那里求学可以发财！
爸爸：噢？
儿子：我读过许多中国孩子的作文，他们中的多数都捡过钱包！
相信对中国读者而言，这不是笑话，分明是讽刺，是黑色幽默，可又是那么一语中的。学生笔下的“爸爸”或“妈妈”一般来说都只会干三件事：送生病的我上医院；下雨了为我送伞；考试不及格不批评我反而鼓励我。
其次，作文命题随意选题多，有序安排少；作文要求面面俱到多，专项突破少；作文指导空洞理论多，具体方法少；作文批改笼统抽象多，针对意见少；作文讲评批评否定多，鼓励赞赏少。
三、网络作文模式的理论基础
主导理论：建构主义学习理论；重点是对学习环境的设计。
建构主义认为，学习者的知识是在一定的情境下，借助于他人的帮助，如人与人之间的协作、交流、利用必要的信息等等，通过意义的建构而获得的。理想的学习环境应当包括情境、协作、交流、和意义建构四个部分。多媒体计算机和网络通信技术可以作为建构主义学习环境下的理想认知工具，能有效地促进学生的认知发展。
情境：学习环境中的情境必须有利于学生对学习内容的意义建构。在建构主义学习环境下，教学设计不仅要考虑教学目标分析，还考虑不利于学生建构意义的情境创设问题，并把情境创设看作是教学设计的最重要内容之一。
协作：协作发生在学习过程的始终。协作对学习资料的搜集与分析、假设的提出与验证、学习成果的评价直至意义的最终建构均有重要作用。
会话：会话是协作过程中不可缺少的环节。学习小组成员之间必须通过会话商议如何完成规定的学习任务计划。
意义建构：是教学过程的最终目标。其建构的意义是指事物的性质、规律以及事物之间的内在联系。在学习过程中帮助学生建构意义就是要帮助学生对当前学习内容所反映的事物的性质、规律以及该事物与其它事物之间的内在联系达到较深刻的理解。这种理解在大脑中的长期存在形式就是图式，也就是关于当前所学内容的认知结构。同时，对于许多学科，特别是人文学科来说，应该鼓励学习者建构出他自己独特的意义，形成他自己独特的认知结构。比如语文中的作文教学，在一定的情境教学下，是不应该得到相同的意义建构的，否则就是一种莫大的悲哀，现在作文教学中的“集体失语症”现象，就是长期以来强调统一格式和腔调的恶果。
四、网络作文教学模式的设想与实施
1．什么是网络作文教学模式
所谓网络作文教学，是以现代教育思想为指导，以网络为写作环境，充分发挥学生的主动性与创造性，激发学生写作兴趣，培养其信息能力(包括获娶分析、加工信息)和创新能力的新型教学模式。
具体来说，要点有三：
①以现代教育思想为指导，包括素质教育思想、创新教育思想、四个学会(学会认知，学会做事，学会共同生活，学会生存)教育思想；
②以多媒体网络为写作环境，就是以多媒体计算机和网络通信技术为理想认知工具建构写作环境，学习资源不仅仅包括信息资源、认知工具、教师等硬资源组合，还包括任务情境等软件资源；
③新型教学模式，是一种真正以学生为中心、教师为主导的作文教学模式。
有专家预言，信息技术将对传统写作方式带来一次变革：从手写走向键盘输入、扫描输入、语言输入；图文、声形并茂的多媒体写作方式；超文本结构的构思与写作；阅读与写作的一体化。

摘要：在作文教学中尝试利用计算机扣网络等现代化教育技术辅助学生写作和作文讲解。充分使用网络资源，给学生提供生动、丰富、快捷的资源，开阔学生的视野，激发学生的创新兴趣，提高他们的写作能力。
作文教学历来是语文教学的重点和难点。作文课上学生最感苦恼的是”巧妇难为无米之炊”。硬着头皮写成的文字往往言之无物，内容空洞，没有时代感。其根本原因是学生没有走进生活，甚至可以说是没有机会呼吸社会人生的新鲜空气和时代气息。在写作训练中，教师往往要想尽办法，采用多种形式，创设作文场景引导学生回忆以往的生活经历。而运用现代多媒体技术恰恰能弥补学生课堂上的这一”生活空白”。因为多媒体教学可以给学生提供大量的视觉、听觉形象，能使学生简便、快捷地直观现象，感觉真切、自然，甚至可以身临其境，进入由形象、色彩、声间等混合构成的氛围，使教学过程情境化、趣味化、形象化，诱发了学生的情感体验，加大了有效信息的接受量。这样在作文教学时，可突破时空的限制，将人、事、物生动地展现在学生面前，既丰富了他们的生活，又为他们提供了作文的素材，开辟了多向立体的思维通道，促进学生的观察力的形成、想象力的增强、审美能力的提高。让以前学生不喜欢上作文课，怕上作文课，更怕写作文，”作文，作文，看到头就疼”，变成乐上作文课，爱上作文课。
作文教学和语文课教学不同，以往的语文课较多是把计算机作为教师教学的工具，用来强调教学重点，化解教学难点，吸引学生的注意力。而要完成一堂作文课的教学任务，不能以教师的讲评为主，而是要让学生享用充分的选择和思考的权力，让他们自己写自己的感受，写自己对事物的认识和了解。充分地调动他们的写作兴趣，有了兴趣，学生才能走进生活，去品其情趣，才会有写作的欲望，从而逐步养成动笔的习惯。叶圣陶先生说过：”生活犹如源泉、文章犹如溪水，源泉丰盛而不枯竭，溪水自然活泼流个不停息。”然而，四年级的小学生，要在一节课完成一篇作文的构思，然后边斟酌字句，边将其输入电脑，这似乎太难。以习作《珍贵的图片》为例。这张图片既可以是照片，也可以是自己喜爱的图片。本次习作可供挑选的空间很大，可正因为可供挑选的太多，反倒使很多学生变得不知道如何去选择了，觉得无话可说。为了引导学生能抓住最有代表性，让自己有话可以说的题材，写出生动、具体、形象的作文，这堂课的教学过程，我设计了四个教学流程，创设情境激发学生兴趣，引入课题：上网浏览图片资料，准备写作：集体交流补充：人人参与，共同修改。
在上课伊始，创设情境，向学生展示几幅从网上下载的学生所熟悉的景点的图片和他们课间活动时拍摄的一些照片，让他们通过欣赏自己熟悉的图片资料来集中注意力。然后指导学生说说自己印象最深的是哪一幅图片，吸引自己的是图片上的哪一点。这样不但调动了学生的参与意识和兴趣，更对学生进行了如何通过自己的兴趣点去选择自己需要的图片资料。等学生纷纷地说出自己留心看到的资料后，再引导学生读本次习作的要求，明确本课学习的'任务，引出课题，激发学生学习的兴趣，然后学生开始上网浏览相关的图片准备写作。教育家赞可夫曾说过：”只有在学生情绪高涨，不断要求向上，想到把自己独有的思想表达出来的气氛下，才能产生出少年儿童丰富多彩的那些思想、感情和词语。”为了防止学生这时上网浏览图片的目的性不明确，在课上我是这样指导：先浏览一下资料的分类，然后再上网获取信息，为写作做好准备。教师在这里提供的是学习资源、学习方法上的指导和网络学习环境的组织。
当学生搜集好自己所需要的资料后，学生创建一个文档，开始动手写作。写完后调出文章大家阅读。教师也可以通过主机去尽可能地了解到每个学生的写作速度、质量，并加以个别指导。学生还通过阅读，把自己认为写得好的作文介绍给大家，同学们一起来评一评，议一议。有的同学还直接把修改意见写出来了，与同学共议。这样充分发挥了计算机的学习伙伴作用。最后，人人参与进行修改：在教师概括的基础上，学生各自修改自己的文章。有了刚才评议的基础，学生知道自己的文章好在哪里，问题出在哪里，修改起来也得心应手。俄罗斯文学家陀斯妥耶夫斯基说：”作家最大的本领是善于删改。谁善于和有能力删除自己的东西，他就前程远大。”学生人人动手、动脑，自我检查、自我修改，兴趣浓厚。这进一步提高了学生的写作能力。
利用计算机网络进行教学给学生以充分的自主，有利于学生拓展学生的思维，激发他们的创新意识。传统的作文教学模式由于受应试教育的影响，学生完全是被动的接受，没有选择的自由。写出来的作文较多程式化和”八股”腔，这不能说学生没有创新能力，而是内心太死，框框太多。在网络作文的课堂上，不是以教师为中心，而是以学生为中心。学生作文时有选择的权利，教师为每个学生提供个别或小组讨论的机会，同学们根据自己感兴趣的，所熟悉的生活经历选择写作内容，在网上创作、发表。这种做法使学生真正成为作文主人，可以自由自在地去创作。网络又提供了一个充分开发的环境，每个学生都可在网上针对别人的文章发表自己的见解。在有竞争性的讨论中，大家积极思考，不但可以从自己的思考中获得写作的知识，还可以从同学们的观点中获取创作的灵感，完善自己的习作。在学习中表现了学生的独立探究品质，讨论过程中也展露了学生的个性特点和同学之间相互帮助的感情、协作精神和合作合群素质。

传统的作文教学主要依赖语言信息，因而不可避免地陷入了单调乏味的“泥沼”，而多媒体进入作文课堂，它的声、像、图、文并用手段，突破了时空限制，古今中外，上下数千年，都能在网上再现，为沉寂的作文教学注入了“活水”。学生在写作过程中，通过网络可以目视千里、耳听八方，广泛地获取写作材料，增加了学生学习的范围，扩大了作文教学的容量，使写作活动变得更加有趣而容易。这也契合了学生好奇心旺盛的心理特点。诸如博客，学生们读后耳目一新，同时感到“楼外有楼，山外有山”，自然而然就会常看并欣赏、模仿、创新。这种做法实际上是一种写作上的情境教学。
2.提供作品阅读范围的无限可能性

写作的源泉是生活，要写好作文必须对生活进行细致入微的观察。长期以来，作文教学因种种原因(主要是课时限制)难以实现这种指导。借助多媒体信息来丰富和表现作文题材的内容，让学生在有限的时空中观察到无限的生活，就能使这个问题得到较好的解决。教师可以根据每次作文的训练需要，将事先从各个渠道搜集来的材料集中到自己的博客中，不仅节约印刷成本，而且数量众多，形式多样，可以是文字、图片、声音、视频、动画中的一种或者其中多种形式的组合，营造生动活泼的课堂气氛，充分调动学生听觉、视觉等多种感官接受信息，拓展学生的视野，引起学生的注意，丰富学生的表象，增强学生的记忆力、理解力，从而提高学生的习作兴趣。这样一来，作文材料就是活动的、有声的、立体的，甚至是富有趣味性的，课堂成为学生激情投入的舞台。
2．拓宽教师作文教学指导与训练的空间
传统作文教学中，学生的作文大多是教师一人阅读，教师往往是背对学生批改作文，部分学生看重的是分数，很少注意到教师的评语。网络写作的优势在于其提供了反馈信息的无限性。通过网络，教师可以随时对需要帮助的学生进行个别指导，而不影响其他学生的写作活动。这些都是传统作文教学手段难以企及的。学生可以随时随地地写，教师可以随时随地地赏、评，其实这也就起到了“面批”的作用。对学生习作适当进行“面批”导改，具有针对性和及时性，学生听起来“入耳”，看起来“入门”，自己学会修改作文容易“上路”，有利于克服教者代劳、无效劳动偏多的弊端，对提高学生的实际写作水平大有裨益。需要指出的是，网络作文教学需要教师放下权威评判的架子，改变原来单一的学生作文评判者身份，转而成为学生作文的聆听者、欣赏者、激励者和促进者。
3.赋予教师在作文教学中的主导地位
尽管学生与教师在教学中共享网络资源，从网络中获取可供自我发展的养分，但网络的开放性与无序性在更多的时候会让学生感到茫然、无从下手。此外，与传统的作文教学一样，网络作文教学也应当重视作文教学的计划性。因此，教师的主导地位在网络作文教学中不应降低而应得到提高。只有这样，学生才有可能通过网络定期从教师那里获取作文活动的计划和建议，参与教师评价的作文活动。
多种现代网络教学方式融入作文教学中，给面临困境的作文教学提供了一条新路。网络作文教学的生动化、形象化、情境化，将引发作文教学的变革与创新。当然，网络作文教学目前还处于尝试阶段，本身还有一些不完善的地方，还需要有一套完整的评价体系，需要经历时间的检验。

随着互联网的到来，网络信息加快了知识概念的更新，对作文教学也要求更新，网络将对作文教学产生革命性的影响，为小学语文作文教学开辟一个新的天地。笔者试图从平常作文教学工作中的点滴体会，对网络时代下的作文教学进行疏浅论述，供同行参考，以飧共勉。
一、转变角色更新作文理念
在小学语文教学活动中，教师是最重要的教学资源。因为网络技术的发展和现代教育观念的影响，作为重要教学资源的语文老师将会出现新的角色转换，语文老师将进一步强化教学的开放意识和民主意识。面向世界、面向未来、面向现代化的教育思想，会更充分地贯彻到语文作文实践中去。一方面，网络给语文教师提供了新的教学信息获取渠道。过去只能通过书籍、报刊、广播电视和会议等有限渠道缓慢地获取教学信息，有了网络，教学信息的获取就变得十分方便快捷了。另一方面，网络技术引入作文教学活动中，也会改变老师的备课和授课方式、方法，电子文档将逐步取代纸和笔成为语文老师的备课工具。同时，网络设备也将改变课堂结构，现代教育技术的运用也会改变老师的授课方式方法。过去语文老师那种夹着课本和粉笔进教室，一支粉笔一张嘴讲课的形象也将有所改变。网络技术进入教室，不仅仅实现教学手段的现代化，实际上是打破了传统意义上教室的相对封闭性，使教室成为一个开放的、民主的师生互动的教育场所，这势必带来教师全方位的变化。
二、创设情境激发学生兴趣
兴趣是最好的老师。我们运用声像媒体，创设良好的习作情境，让学生在愉快的情绪下写作，就能激发学生爱写的兴趣。学生突破传统习作时无话可说无事可写的难点，掌握写作技巧。学生亲眼看到的、听到的、想到的东西很多，学生在实际生活中从不同角度、不同水平获得的感受，需要再现，需要交流，在作文教学中，根据儿童心理特点和年龄特点，运用直观、形象、新颖、感染力、可视性强的多媒体课件辅助教学全过程，充分调动学生观察、思维、联想和想象等智力因素，以及动机、兴趣、情感、意志等非智力因素，参与到写作活动中并使之相互作用，形成怦然心动、文思如泉的最佳状态，变要我写为我要写，从而使学生兴趣盎然，满怀信心地实现作文教学目标。如指导学生描写秋天的景色时，教师可启发学生：秋天已经来到了我们的身旁，让我们一起来找一找她在哪里，好吗？然后，打开网页让学生欣赏视频歌曲《丰收之歌》。随着欢快的乐曲，屏幕上呈现出果实累累、一片金黄的景象，学生一下子就被优美的歌声、丰富的画面和教师充满激情的语言吸引住了。这时，教师就可以抓准时机，让情绪饱满的学生启动画笔系统，画出自己心中的秋天来。学生个个兴趣盎然，有的画农民正在田里忙着收割；有的画一棵棵果树，树上挂满了红彤彤的苹果、黄澄澄的梨；有的画满山的红枫树，飞舞的落叶，金黄的草坪每个学生对秋天的理解都不尽相同。教师接着通过网络系统打开每一个同学保存的图画，引导全体同学一边欣赏创作的秋景图，一边指导学生按照一定的观察顺序说出自己心中美丽的秋天。最后学生兴致勃勃地调用汉字编辑系统，在文档里写出秋天的美景。这样利用网络视频的形、色、声情并茂的特殊功能，调动学生的视觉、听觉、触觉等多种感官，使学生始终处于兴奋状态。而且通过多媒体课件创设的情境，使学生创造美和表现美的欲望在宽松的氛围中得到真实、自然的流露，激发兴趣，提高了单位时间内学生学习的有效率
三、再现情境挖掘写作素材
生活是写作的唯一源泉。学生作文的素材大多来源于日常生活，但这些事物学生记忆模糊不清，感受不深，导致了作文的空洞，描写欠生动具体。两机一幕进入课堂后，也有不少老师经常精心设计制作一些高质量的投影片让学生重新感知，但效果并不尽人意，因为那是静止的画面，不够传神。现在，网络进入课堂，我们可以根据实际把学生所经历过的感受不深如过眼云烟的事物通过网络重现在学生的眼前，引导学生进行再次细致观察，唤起其形象记忆。如：指导写一个场面中，我录制了学生在学校运动会上比赛的全过程，并编辑、剪接配上字幕制成课件。上课时，学生在各自的屏幕上自由观察动态画面，主动接受信息，不知不觉地把学生带入到比赛的全过程中。活动的开始、经过、结果和场内场外的热闹气氛一览无遗，学生们非常兴奋，达到了不吐不快之感，激起了写作的欲望。当学生写作时重点描写某位运动员，还可以单击与这位运动员有关的画面，再次重播或者使画面静止等，便于更细致地观察逼真的场面。
四、将评改的主动权交给学生
评改是学生作文训练的重要环节，它的作用是指导、帮助学生分析运用写作材料，从而不断提高作文质量。传统的作文教学方法是；学生包写作，老师包评改。其结果是老师疲于奔命而学生收效甚微。有鉴于此，必须将评改的主动权交给学生，将作文评改由纸上转向运用简便、快捷的电脑，评改的方式由针对个人转向全体，师生共改，集思广益。具体做法如下：学生初成作文后，老师可利用滚动条在书写器中做整体浏览，并按训练的重点和作文要求，选择反映共性问题的好、中、差作文数篇，通过网络系统分别显示在每台电脑的显示器上。再按写作目标针对文章的中心、选材、构思、语病、错别字等方面共同分析评价。师生都能看到被评习作的评改全过程。虽然被评议的作文是少数，但面向全体，老师示范批注、修改，学生集体评议、修改，学生自改、互改。既充分肯定成绩，相互鼓励，相互学习，友好竞争，巩固提高，又相互指出缺点和修改的方法。学生看着被评的习作，通过教师的点拨，受到伙伴的启发，获得众多信息，及时从写作规律上认识自己的优缺点，及时予以修改，劣作变佳，佳作更佳。文章修改好之后，学生便可利用排版系统将文章进行编辑，通过打印机将文章打印出来交流或者直接通过电子邮件投稿。这样，不仅提高了学生评议、修改的能力，又能增强自信心，培养学生习作的兴趣，而且实现了学习个别化和教学最优化，收效很好。
