在从前，我讨厌考试，每当老师宣布：“明天考试！”时，我心里忐忑不安。每当考试完后，和同学们对对答案，紧皱眉头地猜测分数。而发了卷子之后，考的好了，喘口气，兴奋地喊声“耶！” 考的不好，就坐在座位上和其他同学对答案，生怕哪题老师批错了。

而现在，我喜爱考试，每当老师宣布：“明天考试！”时，我就会情不自禁地喊出：“耶！太好了！“因为现在的.我，已经不在乎结果了，把考试当做一种游戏，去“玩儿”它，考好了，不骄傲，没考好，不灰心。

这就是我对考试的看法，是我的妈妈教我这样做的：

一次考试，我考了八十多分，回到家，妈妈并没有训我，而是语重心长地给我说：“儿子，你觉得你自己努力了吗？”

Most school is still using it just because there is no better method to replace it.In my opinion， the following three points are the critical flaws in the test standard.One of the most harmful effects on the test method is that it will force us to study just for passing tests， not for acquiring knowledge especially in China. Obviously the final object of education is making us intellective by learning more knowledge. While the test is only a way to examine the level of students‘ studies， it has been deteriorated to a sifter deciding the fate of students. Why can it be called a terrible sifter？ Now in the tests， which decide who can enter a higher school， thousands of poor students， who want a splendid future， must prepare for the tests by finishing a great deal of practices. Those practice tests are heavy-laden to them. So in this case， how can they be expected to study to obtain knowledge？ To them that are enough if they can reach the level which tests need. In the end what our nation will get， genuine persons with ability or just test robots？

Secondly， tests will bring the examinees great pressure， which can affect their lives. A typical example of this is that most young students have worn glasses even though some of them are still children. For preparing for tests， they must spend a lot of time on doing their homework so that their eyesight becomes worse and worse. And the more time they spend on those， the less time they have for playing and relaxing. Consequently， there is a bad influence on their health.

Thirdly， in fact， test system itself can not veraciously estimate who is better than others because there are many factors impacting the results of test. 功夫在诗外，写作亦是如此。没有大量的积累与投入，只一味地沉浸在自己的世界里顾影自怜，写出来的东西常常是苍白无力，无法打动人心的。在积累的过程中，不仅要开阔视野，拓宽知识面，还要注意避免随波逐流，人云亦云。在这个信息爆炸的时代里，保持一个清醒的头脑，学会独立思考，在借鉴他人对世界理解的基础上，逐步形成自己的观点和看法，不止是写作的要求，也是学习其他学科所必需的品质。只有这样，下笔时写出的文字，才是真正的自己的`思想的结晶，而非简单的复制品。

当今的时代，是网络的时代。一提到网络这个字眼，大家一定会想到各种各样的网络游戏吧？网络游戏已经被全球人知晓，从小游戏到大型网游。更是受到了众人的喜爱。

但是，网络游戏也是一把双刃剑，智者利己，愚者害己。是的，网络游戏有着各种各样的游戏规则它可以增长人的智慧，也可以提高人的灵活性，可以说是增长智力的好工具。可对于一些没有自控能力的人来说，网络游戏好比那害人的鸦片一般，让人沉迷其中，难以自拔。比如青少年的自控能力比较差，再加上他们年少无知，所以，不得不沉迷其中。这些人就像吸食了鸦片一般，越陷越深。一个个情绪低落，厌恶学习，一天不玩就跟丢了魂儿似的，上课脑袋里想的是网络游戏，下课就更不用说了！据新闻报道：现如今，有许多青少年导致发生命案，有很多就是和玩网络游戏有关。有些网络游戏由于太暴力，所以，导致了青少年杀人行凶的结果。表面看这全是网络游戏造成的，其实不然，这与玩网游的青少年的本身有极大关系，网络游戏并没有错，错的是青少年没有太多的自控能力，所以，才沉迷其中，如果他们只是抱着娱乐的心态去玩一下，是不会出现这种后果的。

说实话，我也曾经有过一段时间沉迷于网络游戏，先是从小型的简单游戏玩，后来不过瘾，就迷恋上了大型网游，我觉得每当我战胜一个对手，便会有一种前所未有的成就感。原本以为，我会沉迷其中，但后来我仔细想了一下，我明白了：网络游戏只是一种休闲娱乐的东西，并不是很重要，我能将大型网游打带物我两忘的，是一种境界，体会了就足够了，何必要沉迷其中呢？只是游戏而已。明白了这些，我便不再像以前那样疯玩了！

虽然如今我还玩大型网游，但我只是抱着娱乐的心态去玩，并没有沉迷其中。和我同龄的青少年朋友们，不要再沉迷网络游戏中了，我们应该自觉的抵抗网络游戏的诱惑，让网络游戏不再是害人的东西，让我们也远离不必要的危害。

篇22：我对跳槽的看法

My View on Job-Hopping

Some people tend to stick to their positions all tile time, as theythink the longer one works in a particular field, the more skillful one will be at it. Some have been teachers all their lives. Some devote their life energy to scientific research. Such people love their work and turn out to be specialists in their own field. They are usually high achievers.

Some are different. They are in the habit of job-hopping, for they always pursue what is new and stimulating. They never seem content with their present situation. Some like to meet more people, make more money and new acquaintances; so they hop from job to job.

As far as I am coneerned, I want to be professionally strong. I am not in favor of constanr job hopping, as the saying goes ”Jack of all trades, master of none“. But I want to have opportunities for advancement and as many colleagues as possible to cooperate and communicate with so as to be more creativc and less partial.

我对跳槽的看法

有些人喜欢始终从事一种工作，因为他们认为在一个领城工作的时间越长，业务就越熟练。有的人一生当老师；有的人把毕生的精力用于科学研究。这样的人热爱工作，成为各行各业的专家，他们是成就出众的人。

有的人则不同，他们惯于跳槽，总是追求新鲜的、刺激性的事。他们似乎从不安于现状。有的人喜欢多挣钱、广结交，于是不断地跳槽。

对我来说，我想业务棒，我不主张跳槽。正如俗话说：“万能博士万事通，其实一样也不精”。但我希望有机会提升，尽可能多地与同事合作、交流，以便有更多创造性，更少片面性。

篇23：我对吸毒的看法

昨天晚上，我到沙溪粥城吃饭。突然，来了一位穿着一件大衣，一条长裤和一双烂鞋的一个大叔，他对爸爸们说：“这位老板，给我几个钱，去吃顿饭吧！”我以为平时大方得他们会给钱给他的，但爸爸还是撵走了他。

我问爸爸：“你们为什么不给他钱呀？他那么可怜。”

爸爸说：“他是吸毒的，给了他钱，他会去买毒品的！”哦，我终于明白了。他是一个吸毒的人，因为爱赌博，借了高利货的钱，后来没钱还，所以，被他们打了海洛因。由于毒瘾发作时会把家糟蹋的，所以他被家人赶了出来。

吸毒是一种不好的行为，吸毒后，有时毒瘾发作就会做出不理智的事。吸毒还会让你掉进万丈深渊，不能自拔，得到的后果不堪设想。所以人民和警方一直都大力反对吸毒，在镇上，街上都挂上了标语提示人们。

我多么相对那位大叔说：“你醒醒吧！是毒品让你陷入人生的困境，如果你在沉迷不悟的话，你还会更痛苦的。这时，你有没有想过你的父母亲是多么的伤心啊！辛辛苦苦地将你养大，到头来还是一场空。”

全世界的人们，请不要吸毒！

篇24：我对保险行业的一点看法

最近一段时间一直在不断的面试,几乎沈阳的保险公司被我跑了个遍,引起我这一疯狂行为的原因在于我的一次面试经历.好不容易熬到第二本科学历下来,想想也该去挣点银子花花了,也不能总找老爸老妈要啊,于是就买了份报纸开始漫无目的的”海选"起来,根据自己的专业条件选了几个跑业务的工作并发了简历,可是一个星期都没有回信,于是开始试探的打打电话问问,到某保险公司时还没等我说完,他们就让我去面试,满怀信心的赶去那里却发现他们比通知我的时间早半小时开始了面试(后来才知道其实要我去面试的是另一个部门,我阴差阳错的走错办公室了,不过也不能怪我,我到那一说我是来面试的,前台就把我领到那屋了),带着愧疚和不安的心情坐进了Hr办公室,好在他没怎么难为我,我也解释了以下迟到的原因.从办公室出来感觉应该没戏了,谁知一周后通知我二面,我这个乐啊,去了后才知道是要我去添个表,10分钟搞定,想想坐了1个多小时的车过来,10分钟就完了,我........忍!!又一周后,电话通知公司部门经理面试,又是10分钟搞定,好在是有点希望了,接着忍!!又两周后通知公司副总面试,这次2分钟搞定,就是个自我介绍,多一句话他都没问我,忍吧!!又一周,没信,打电话去问,说副总忙,还没定下来,又一周,忍无可忍,亲自去公司问,被告知继续等,又一周,在我的一再紧逼下,终于有信了,落选了,还说其实早就定下来了,只是疏忽忘记通知我了,我终于爆发了,直接杀到公司想找副总理论,至少来个霸王面啊!却被Hr拦下,晓之以理,动之以情的,无奈放弃!对于这家公司我实在说不出什么了,据说还是国企,泡人啊!
