It is a pity that many people act like the two men in the picture. In my view, we should pack the leftovers when we have meals outside. We want to put an end to waste， to eat up the food， don't be picky， and persuade their relatives and friends around， be together the civilized men of the city， don't waste!

“谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦。”这是古人对勤劳节俭表现的一个总结。此刻，越来越多的人却又开始无节制的浪费。

这次寒假，我们一家人到石浦大酒店聚餐，一共有十人。因为已经在网上订好了餐，所以直接就能够上菜了。我们看到，圆桌的正中央竖立着一块标语：“请按照人数点菜，杜绝浪费，本餐厅供给免费打包。”这让我想起了杨教师说的'“光盘行动”，意思是不要浪费资源。打包不仅仅能够不浪费资源，还方便携带，把美味佳肴带回家。可是许多人都以为打包是小气的行为，认为不打包就十分大气，那你就大错特错了了。

其实，打包是一项节俭环保的好事，并不是小家子气的节省、吝啬。此刻，全国都在提倡环保行动，不浪费资源，还有的电视台还在跟踪报道呢!

前几天，一家电视台报道说，一次年会，有一家公司仗着用的是公款，点了一桌子的菜，年会结束后，记者看到满桌的菜，几乎都是没怎样动过!他们不应当点那么多的菜却不吃，更不该因为用公款而浪费!人们越来越浪费，浪费掉的不仅仅是资源，还有劳动人民的心!我们要杜绝浪费，争取把饭菜吃完，也不要挑食，并劝说自我身边的亲朋好友，一齐争做城市的礼貌人，不浪费!

我期望，这次的“光盘行动”能使大家都养成不浪费的好习惯!

Recently,people come to realize how much grain we wasted every year. And everyone is called on to join a program,called “GuangpanXingdong”,which requires people to eat up all our food.

As for me,i think it's a extremely good idea to follow.And there are lots of things we can do to contribute our efforts to it.For example,when we go out for dinner,we can just order as much food as we can eat to make sure little will be wasted.Of course if we really can't eat up our food,it's also ok to take it home,so we can eat it later.Besides,once we have a chance to have meals with other people,who don't realize the importance,we can explain what the program is for and persuade them from wasting food.

Some may question whether the campaign have any effect,but,i think ,one thing we should keep in mind is that no matter what a small effort we make,it do make a difference.

篇27：光盘行动

古人云：锄禾日当午，汗滴禾下土。谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦。是啊，每一粒米都来自不易，每一盘菜都包含着农民伯伯莫大的心血。

当我们吃着可口的美食，不管不顾地留下剩菜剩饭，又几时想过，有多少人还处于饥饿的日子中，面临着死亡的胁迫。或许你会觉得很笑，这个富足的年代还有人受到饥饿的威胁？要笑你就笑吧，可事实就是事实。

联和国20xx年的报告显示，世界上营养不良和因饥饿而死亡的人数再次出现增长。报告指出，全球饥饿人口约有8.15亿，他们中间很多是孩子。这个数据比上一年多出3800万。

看完这些，感觉如何？我觉得这是多么可悲的事啊！地球一边有人奢华地生活，天天大吃大喝，吃剩下的食物就被随意地扔进垃圾桶里。而地球的另一边有人却饿得瘦骨如柴，甚至危胁到生命，还有儿童一出生就面临看饥饿而死的悲惨命运。

很早以前，我家就已经实践“光盘行动”了。我妈妈推崇“宁可少吃，不可剩下”的原则。每天三餐最多只做三盘菜，而且份量很少。吃的时候，不会觉得很饱，但刚刚好。出门吃饭我们总会带自家筷子、勺子。点餐时也不会点太多，实在吃不下一定会打包好回家吃干净。

有次，我在家自已碗里的米饭没吃完就回房间去了。妈妈立刻叫我回来，义正言辞地对我说：“你为什么没把饭吃干净？”我无辜地说：“吃不下了。”妈妈皱了皱眉头，说：“你知道吗？我们现在的一切都多么来之不易啊！农民们幸勤劳作，一把这用汗水换来的食物给我们，而我们却如此随意地浪费这宝贵的食物，这明显是不对的！唉，给你两个选择吧。第一个，现在就把剩下的饭吃完;第二个，等会你不太个饱的时候再来吃，但饭不能加热，也加不了热。只能吃冷冰冰的，你剩下的饭。”我选择了第一种，硬撑着把饭吃了下去。

现在，处处都可以看见“光盘行动”这一标志标识，更多人加入了“光盘一族”。为了减少”舌尖上的浪费”，北京众多家餐厅还开启了行业内的“光盘行动”，为顾客提供“半份菜”、“小份菜”、“热菜拼盘”、免费打包等服务，鼓励把没吃完的剩菜打包带走，。这真是一个很好的现象。

我觉得“光盘行动”告诉了我们：饥饿离我们并不遥远，节约粮食还是我们必不可少的古老美德之一。

光盘行动是美好的，光盘行动是必不可少的。我们不希望任何一个人因饥饿而死亡，我们希望世界处处充满欢声笑语。

篇28：光盘行动

一场“光盘行动”正在我们身边进行。它是北京市一家民间公益组织推行的公益活动。该活动的主题是：从我做起，今天不剩饭。

公益组织的志愿者倡议市民在饭店就餐打包剩饭，“光盘”离开，形成人人节约粮食的好风气。据活动组织者介绍，未来他们将继续在不同城市开展这个公益活动。许多人其实都应该问问自己：在家或外出就餐时，我有多久没有剩过饭菜或打包?相信绝大部分人都会对类似的问题不屑一顾，因为在他们看来，这早已是远离饥饿与食不裹腹的年代，已不必再去对所谓的剩菜剩饭斤斤计较。而正在发起的“光盘行动”，显然是在试图提醒与告诫我们：饥饿感距离我们仍并不遥远，而即便时至今日，尊重粮食仍是需要被奉行的古老美德之一。

是的，较之相当部分的城市居民来说，饥饿感并不现实地存在，给他们带来更大烦恼的，反而是如何来平衡饮食以保证个体健康的难题。但我们真的就可以说节俭在当下也是一种可有可无的公共品质吗?回溯到30多年前，饥饿感还与许多中国人的生活息息相关，困绕着他们的肠与胃。就算是到了今天，不少偏远山区的居民，食物依旧单调，粮食依旧匮乏。不时曝出的相关新闻让人心痛，也会让我们知道，对待粮食的大手大脚还不免太奢侈与夸张。

我们真的需要拒绝一种“舌尖上的浪费”，事实上，这也是在为我们储存下明天所需要的粮食。有一项调查结果显示，我国消费者每年仅餐饮浪费的食物蛋白和脂肪就分别达800万吨和300万吨，最少倒掉了约2亿人一年的口粮。你随意的对剩菜剩饭的倒掉，很可能是2亿人的口粮——在这样触目惊心的日常数据叠加后，你还能为自己对食物的漠不在意而心安理得吗?普通公民铺张浪费的饮食习惯必须要改变，而制度，更需要为制止过度的公款吃喝树立起“防火墙”。20xx年的世界粮食日里，国家粮食局首次向全国粮食干部职工发起倡议，倡导自愿参加24小时饥饿体验活动，以更好地警醒世人“丰年不忘灾年，增产不忘节约，消费不能浪费”。

每个人当然不必都去重新体验饥饿，但我们的确要找回一种对于粮食的温暖与敬意。诗人海子曾经说，从明天起，让我们关心粮食与蔬菜。我们也不妨这样赶紧行动起来，接力成为“光盘”一族。

篇29：光盘行动

随着时代的发展，社会上出现了一些流行词，如“油菜花”译为“有才华”；“果取关”译为“果断取消关注”；“高大上”译为“高端大气上档次”……但我听到了一个更有趣的，“光盘行动”。在这里我先说一下“光盘”的含义，这个“光盘”并不是放在里观DVD看的光盘，而是吃光盘子里所有的食物，这就是“光盘”。

我是农村小学一名寄宿生，我就亲眼见到我们学校有许多同学都浪费食物，比如我们发加餐的时候，有许多的人趁生管老师不注意的时候，就把加餐扔到了垃圾桶里，还有人把不小心掉的加餐故意用脚踩踩就扔，汤喝不完的时候，把汤就倒到盆子里。在我们学校里，还有些同学带一些钱买不干净的食品吃，回到家里家长做好的饭，他们吃几口就不吃了，把饭就倒掉了，这些都是不好的行为。

其实“光盘行动”这个词简单的理解就是：吃干净自己盘里的东西。我今天就来说说我家对“光盘行动”的诠释：我们家乡的习俗是每年过年时亲朋好友间都要聚聚，我家在大年初六时请亲朋好友团聚一堂，因家里的地方不够大，便在酒店订了桌，食品很丰盛，有：虾仁、肘子肉、糯米团、小饼、木耳……在吃饭时，大家便聊了聊“光盘”行动，有的说：“国家推出的‘光盘’行动真好诶，这样就可以不浪费我们农民工辛辛苦苦种的粮食了！”有的说：“电视上播出关于‘光盘’行动的片子真好，要不我就不知道了！”还有的说：“就是就是诶！”“对了”我大说道，“咱们今天也得‘光盘’呵。”……给服务员付钱的时候，我说：“服务员把剩下的菜给打包。”服务员立刻把剩下的饭菜给打包起来，然后又给我了一把铅笔作为光盘行动地奖励。

晚上，我们把中吃剩下的饭菜重新做了一遍，在妈妈的锅铲下，这一道道剩菜转眼间变成了一道道美味佳肴。我想，虽然打包的是一点点剩菜，虽然服务员奖励给我的是一把铅笔，但它让我知道了节约是一种美德，它没有年龄的界限，也没有尊卑的分别，人人都可以做到。这次的.“光盘”行动对我印象很深，这也算是积极响应国家号召了吧！！

浪费可耻！节约光荣！同学们“光盘行动”从我做起，从现在做起吧！
