求乐、求廉、求方便是大学生网上购物的主要消费动机，男女消费动机存在显著差异。男生比较看重便捷，而女性更加重视价格。从网上买来一件商品自己是否满意，除了商品本身外，支付方式、商家信誉、运送满意度也是影响总体满意度的几个重要方面。

因此，网上购物对于大学生而言的利弊是同时存在的，我们将就此类问题进行简述与分析。

二、调查方案与结果

(一)调查方案

1、调查目的：

通过对大学生网络购物的调查，了解并寻求大学生购物的趋向以及大学生的购物标准等问题。

2、调查方法：

通过口头询问，访谈等方式对大学生进行调查、研究。

3、调查对象：

在校大学生(包括大一至大三的学生)。

(二)调查结果

1、大学生网络购物的各特征分析

1)大学生网络购物的性别特征

经过调查，发现进行网络购物的男生略多于女生，男生运用网络的频繁程度明显高于女生，对于一些网络知识的了解程度也好于女生，这可能是导致进行网络购物的男生多于女生的原因之一。

2)大学生网络购物的年龄特征

现今，大学生的年龄一般集中在18~24岁的范围内，而18~22岁居多。经过对大学生网络购物的调查，我们可以看出，大二、大三的学生进行网络购物的人数要多于大一，且网络购物的次数同样要对于低年级。因此可以看出，网龄对于进行网上购物同样有着一定的影响，高网龄的人群同时也是进行网购频繁的人群。

3)大学生网络购物的支付力特征

大学生的基本生活花费大都是来源于家庭的供给，因此，大学生的消费水平也必须与其家庭情况相符合。大家的生活费基本上都是集中于400~800之间，过高或过低的人只占较少的一部分，因此，大家在必备的一些花费外，才会去考虑进行一些额外的消费。

2、大学生网络购物的原因分析

1)不尝试网络购物的原因

调查显示，没有尝试网络购物的大学生，其不选择网络购物的原因并不是不会，或是对网络购物了解的比较少，多数原因集中于其对网站的不信任，怕受骗上当，质疑网络的安全性，担心网上付款环节等。而质量、信息搜索以及订购等都是在消费者进行的时候才能切身体会的。因此，诸多原因的存在让很多人不愿意尝试进行网络购物。

2)进行网络购物的原因

通过访谈，多数有过网络购物经历的人表示，他们选择网络购物的原因主要是有时效性、便利性、价格低以及商品的多样性。大学生选择网络购物多是看好了其便利的.特性，网络购物更方便，更能够节约成本，同时也可以获得更加丰富的商品信息。

3、大学生对购物网站的选择

1)获知渠道

从调查结果来看，大学生获知购物网站信息的渠道主要是通过朋友介绍、网站介绍、网上广告、网络连接、电视报纸杂志广告等。大学校园中，人口比较密集，全国各地的人都有，年龄比较相近，所以消费趋向也比较相像，使得大学生消费时，在室友、同学、老乡、朋友的影响下，很容易出现从众的行为。

2)选择原因

网站的选择通常看的是该网站的知名度、信誉、信用等。大学生有着较清晰的品牌意识，对知名度高，信誉好的产品信任度和青睐度比较高。所选择的网站也大多集中在几个比较大型的网站，比如淘宝网、易趣网。

从调查结果来看，大多数的进行网络购物的大学生选择的多是那些比商场价格低30%以下的商品。由此看来，对大学生而言，影响其是否进行网络购物的主要因素并不是价格。大学生的消费观念较理性，不仅关注商品的价格和质量，而且有着较清晰的品牌意识，对知名度高、信用度好的产品信任度和青睐度比较高。

调查结果显示，绝大多数进行网络购物的大学生选择的是第三方支付或网上支付。由于电子支付的状况已得到一定的改善，大部分大学生对于网上支付的安全性比较放心。

5、大学生对于网络购物的评价

1)网上购物的担心因素

Charge (Credit) 指的就是一般我们说的信用卡, 信用卡使用上很方便, 但若是没有收入又没有社会安全卡, 是很难申请到信用卡的. 而我们的提款卡 (ATM 卡) 就是 debit, 它会从你的支票户头直接扣钱. 一般而言, 只要去有刷卡的地方都会被问这一句, 刚来美国的人常常对这句话感到莫名奇妙, 不知道这句话到底在问什么, 其实只要了解什么是 charge 什么是 debit, 这句话就不难了解, 视你是使用信用卡还是 ATM 卡而回答. 使用信用卡就说 charge, 使用 ATM 卡就答 debit.

那什么是 double coupon 呢? 就是在美国有一家很有名叫 Kroger 的 grocery store. 为了促销, 所推行的一种政策. 他们宣称拿著 50c 的 coupon 去他们的店里买东西, 就可以折价 1 元, 折价的金额足足多了一倍. 多馀的这 50c 是 Kroger 给顾客的优惠. 但是也有一些限制, 例如,每张 coupon 的面额不得超过 75c, 而且对同样一个商品, double coupon 只能使用一次.

另外类似的口语讲法, 你可以用 rise 跟 drop 来代表 go up 和 go down. 例如 “The price will drop.”
