进入年底以后的我常常在反思今年的工作是否存在不妥的地方，或许作为一名行政文员没有在平时的工作中遇到难以解决的问题，但若是因为自身的疏忽导致今年的工作完成得没有想象中那样圆满可就有些得不偿失了，最起码今年行政文员工作中取得的成就对明年来说可谓是一个好兆头，因此我对年初到现在为止完成的行政文员工作进行了一次总结。

日常的文案处理工作还是可以让自己感到满意的，若是对行政文员工作没有一定了解的话又怎能让领导感到满意呢，主要还是因为自己善于学习才能够通过其他同事的教导摸索清楚工作运行的`模式，所幸我所在的部门因为人员比较少的缘故导致大家在工作的时候十分团结，可以说我们是相互搀扶着才能够在漫长而曲折的工作历程中不断坚持到了现在。一般来说整理文件之类的工作需要心细才能够圆满完成领导交托的任务，而我在进行这方面工作的时候往往会检查很多次确保自己没有出现任何的失误，我可以将今年处理完毕的文件整理工作当成是自己职场中取得的小小成就。

与以往不同的便是自己下半年的时候还负责了一部分新员工培训的工作，其实就是以一名有着丰富工作经验的行政部员工的身份为大家进行讲课，在提前制作好相应课件的基础上导致培训工作整体上还算不错，但是让人感到遗憾的便是自己由于长时间埋头苦干的工作模式导致语言表达能力不是很强，即便人事部的员工对于自己的帮忙表示感谢也不能否认这次培训没有想象中那么容易，所以我应该针对自己语言表达能力的不足在行政文员工作中经常锻炼才行。

由于自己与同事们付出了很多的心血才为公司营造出良好的工作环境，无论是盆栽的浇水工作还是部分节日活动的策划都留下了自己的足迹，而且这对于以往没有参与过的自己来说也算得上是全新的工作挑战，至于协助行政助理做好会议现场的布置工作也算得上是自己目前为数不多的强项，只不过考虑到今年与部分部门的交流比较少的缘故还是应该多想点办法，当前阶段公司员工能够在工作中团结一致也意味着自己的努力获得了相应的成果。

我在今年领导安排的行政工作中细心对待才完成相应的任务，只不过对身为行政主管的自己而言不应该将目光仅仅停留在不犯错上面，而且随着时间的积累应该在行政管理工作中具备更高的水平才符合情理之中，而且在当前的团队管理工作中仍需要进行不断的探索才能提升自己在行政方面的能力，因此我对今年已经完成的行政管理工作进行了相应的总结。

在日常的文件处理工作中需要层层安排下去并做好行政管理才行，因此我在今年年初得到相应的指示以后便开始对行政部的员工们布置相应的任务，在这之中除了做好监督工作以外还会和行政助理讨论部门中的重要事务，即便是处理好手中的文件整理工作以后也会在会议中和大家总结其中的不足，这种促进有效交流的方式在今年的行政管理工作中给予自己带来了许多的便利，从总结过后部门员工较为明显的进步以及整体的改变便能看出目前工作方式的问题所在，在我看来对待初期比较繁琐的行政工作应该保持一定的耐心才能够有着长远的进步。

在会场的布置工作中也需要事先进行请示以后根据用途的不同来进行规划，事实上关于这方面的工作自己正准备逐步让行政助理分担其中的部分，而且为了起到培养部门员工的作用也应该在会议中讲述文件和印章的使用场合，这样的话即便有客户进行拜访也能够提前准备好签字的文件以及公司的印章，只不过关于文件的内容在请示领导并进行打印以后需要遵守相关的保密性原则才行，所幸的是今年自己在公司的几次大型会议中的准备工作都做得不错。

至于公司的环境整理以及其他的杂项也是自己在工作中需要注意的部分，除了营造出良好的工作环境并安排相应的员工定期进行维护以外，我还会针对现有布局的时效性设计出合理的方案并在领导的指示下进行实施，而且有些时候作为行政部门的主管也应该在工作中多关心员工的工作状态并进行分析才行，毕竟若想在当前的岗位中走得长远一些就应该在获得员工认可的情况下管理好行政部的诸多事务，现阶段自己也正是这般去做才能够保持行政部门员工的活力与凝聚力。
