篇6:人事部助理年终工作总结
一、本学期工作总结
回顾xx学年度第一学期的工作,人事处在分管院长的领导下,在全处工作人员的共同努力下,较好的完成了本学期的工作任务,现将我处工作情况简要总结:
(一)招聘工作:
结合我院教改及师资队伍现状,制订了《制定20xx—20xx学年度人才引进方案》,通过前程无忧、中国研究生人才网、各高校就业网等渠道发布招聘信息;选择东北五校、山大、山师、山建筑、海大等部分重点高校参加其校园招聘会或举办专场招聘会;有选择的参加了济南、青岛人才市场招聘会。
认真完善招聘流程,一是通过多种渠道收集简历,及时审阅、筛选简历,对符合要求的简历尽快送用人部门再审核;二是及时组织试讲,尽量减少因时间过长导致的人才流失;三是建立较为完善的招聘工作记录,如各部门收取简历总数、同意试讲/面试人数、合格人员名单等信息均建立了较为详细的档案,以便查询和分析。
截止20xx-3-4,我院共收到简历5386份,同意并通知试讲727人,到校试讲276人,同意录用79人,已签协议51人。招聘任务完成过半。
(二)新进人员接收工作:
为完成学院本年度人才引进计划,做好新进人员接收工作,本学期主要完成了学院引进人才信息上报;大中专毕业生接收、改派、二次派遣、落户及外地在职人员的引进;全院劳工合同的新签、续订、招工表劳工合同的整理归档四个方面的工作。截止20xx-12-29,已办理完毕32位省内外各高校应届毕业生协议书。
(三)档案管理工作:
为保证档案的完整性、准确性,人事科在完善纸质档案的同时,进一步建立了教职工个人电子档案。同时,通过多次与学院网络中心沟通交流,人事管理软件开发工作基本结束,基本信息登陆完毕即可使用。
(四)其他日常工作:
坚持周一工作例会及每周工作总结、汇报制度,提高了工作人员的业务工作能力及理论、政策水平,明确了工作分工,增强了工作配合,提高了工作效率,收到很好的效果。组织了暑假管理干部培训班,收到较好效果。完成了行政部门科室设置及科长考察、任命工作。对个别违纪人员分别作出批评教育、通报批评及解除合同等处理工作。此外,在新进教职工接收、调动、请销假与离职管理、科室间协调等方面,人事科各位老师也做了大量工作,基本按要求完成了工作。
(五)认真完成了院领导交办的其他任务。
篇7:人事部助理年终工作总结
我于年月日在xx客服中心担任人事助理一职,至今在这里工作已近一年,现将我入职以来的工作向领导汇报:
一、xx年主要工作业绩及存在的不足
(一)做好人事基础工作
我首先接触的工作就是人员招聘,因为新乡招聘市场比较局限,所以我们把重点放在网络招聘上,定时在网上更新我们发布的招聘信息,并根据新乡人才市场的招聘时间,去人才市场参加现场招聘。我们根据公司各岗位入职标准进行筛选,通知其进行面试、审批、通过、录用。员工录用后我们会根据各部门的工作安排对新进员工进行入职培训,并且每次培训都会进行意见反馈,不断完善我们的培训内容。加上郑州分公司对我们进行的各种培训,大大提升了员工的知识面和业务水平。
(二)完善人事档案管理
我会按月把员工的资料整理清楚,并分析各部门员工的情况,根据公司岗位编制,按月统计出本月全公司员工数,员工的新进人数,辞职人数,需要招聘人的人员,需要签定合同的人数,每个部门的总人数,上报需转正人员,上报失职问责等。并且按照集团要求每月上报本项目的花名册,及时更新人员情况。由于刚接手人事的时候,交接工作没有做好,导致花名册人员对照不上,令郑州分公司人事专员花了好长时间才把人数对上。从那以后,让我明白了,做人事工作,不得有丝毫的马虎,因为一点点的疏忽对员工造成的损失是无法弥补的。
(三)保障员工福利机制
我于11月份开始接手配合地产行政人事完成新乡公司社保开户及员工参保工作。由于之前从未接触过社会保险,一开始工作起来相当迷茫,有想过要放弃社保这个工作,但是我清楚必须要做好这项工作,所以经常往返于社保局和办公室之间。从对社会保险一无所知到略知一二,再到必须掌握基本的知识和流程,通过我的不懈努力,终于开通新乡社保账户,并陆续办理员工参保。接下来,需要花更多的时间去学习社会保险知识,才能更好的做好此项工作,为员工服务。
(四)规范行政工作流程
在从事人事助理的同时,还兼做一些办公行政工作。例如日常例会的安排,协助各部门按计划进行培训,以及一些活动的组织和协调。通过这些日常的工作,不仅充实了我的工作内容,也锻炼了我的协调能力和组织能力。
有幸能参加集团组织的岗位培训,通过系统的学习,让我这个刚入门的新手如沐春风,受益匪浅。从郑州回来后,就开始系统的整理我的工作,但是还是有不足的地方。九月份郑州监察室对我们新乡项目进行检查,针对我负责的工作提出了需要整改的地方,在监察室的指导下和同事们的配合下,我用了一个月的时间将我所作的工作规范化、系统化。我发现只有自己先理顺了工作思路后,才能更有效、更高效的开展工作。比如说对郑州传达的文件、周计划周总结、月计划月总结、会议纪要、培训纪要等文件的存档工作。这是一项需要日积月累的工作,把每次需要签字存档的文件按其类别进行归类保存,才能保证工作的连贯性和有效性。
在过去的四个月中,各项工作虽然取得了一些成绩,但也存在着许多不足:
由于我本身经验不足,做事常粗心大意,导致在工作中总会出些小差错,加上做事考虑的不够全面,所以我需要在以后的工作中、生活中,更加仔细、认真,才能保证减少工作中的失误。
二、20xx年工作计划
通过四个月的工作和学习,使我初步掌握了人事的岗位职责和工作内容。接下来需要花更多的时间去学习恒大的文化、精神、规章制度和管理模式。
1、进一步掌握行政人事工作流程及规范。除了按照公司时间节点高效、高质量地完成日常工作以外,还要努力提升自己工作业务水平,争取在行政人事工作方面能够独挡一面。
2、做好上传下达工作,积极配合各部门完成日常工作。深刻领会公司下发传阅文件,协助领导及各部门负责人落实文件要求。
在过去的四个月里里,我认真总结工作中的经验及教训,继续改进工作中的不足。20xx年,我将更加努力,积极配合领导完成日常行政人事管理工作。
