12月18日，国展的研究生专场招聘会现场，毕业生们经过各单位的招聘海报，
12月18日，年内最大规模的研究生专场招聘会，3.5万名研究生进场应聘。北京地区应届毕业研究生数量达8.1万，创历史新高。据本市毕业生就业部门有关负责人预计：“明年就业形势不会比往年更难，北京生源高校毕业生就业率预计保持在95%以上”。目前，今年北京生源应届毕业生就业率已达96.4%。
据主办方统计，此次招聘会上，中科院自动化研究所、微电子研究所、微软、甲骨文、小米科技等730余家中央在京和北京市属企事业单位、各类外资及民营企业悉数到场招聘，提供1.8万余个就业岗位。其中，以计算机类岗位的需求量最大，占近两成;从用人单位对毕业生学历的需求看，博士学历需求占总需求量的三成，硕士学历需求占七成，
招聘会现场中，壳牌、微软等外企展台前已吸引不少求职者，他们排着队等待投简历。搜狐公司一名现场负责人介绍，今年该公司又扩大了招聘规模，如果研究生学历的`毕业生选择移动客户端、大数据等相关职位，薪酬可达万元以上。
记者发现，研究生求职时并未将月薪放在首位，更看重企业在行业内的地位以及未来的发展前景。京外生源研究生则更看重能否留京。“其实研究生学历找工作并不太难，一般我们投了简历都能有回复，但要想找个大公司、月薪又过得去就有点难度了。”首都经济贸易大学研究生小方说。一位家在外地的硕士生告诉记者，虽然希望月薪能在6000元以上，但如果能解决户口留京，月薪低点儿也没关系。
昨天的招聘会中，共有3.5万名研究生入场应聘，1万多人初步达成就业意向。
市毕业生就业服务中心主任陈永强介绍，20包括本专科及研究生在内的北京地区高校毕业生共23.3万人，比今年增加3000多人。其中，8.1万人是研究生，比增加人，创历史新高。北京生源毕业生持续下降，明年将有7.5万人毕业，比20减少了6000人。北京生源研究生则有1万人左右。“年高校毕业生的就业形势持续稳定，不会比往年更难，我们有信心保持北京生源毕业生就业率达到95%以上。”陈永强说，截至11月底，年北京生源应届毕业生就业率已达96.4%。

此次招聘主要面向北京地区2014年应届毕业研究生，预计有4万余学生参会。主办方介绍，由于2014年春节较早，考虑到高校寒假安排，因此将“北京地区毕业研究生专场供需见面、双向选择招聘会”定在今年12月中旬。
